Greater Philadelphia is our primary service area. Select New Jersey and Delaware events are considered based on date, location, and scope; travel is reflected in your custom proposal.
Do you supply the alcohol?
No. Proof in Motion is dry-hire. You purchase all alcohol using our tailored list and remain responsible for transport, storage, and venue requirements.
Are the experience tiers fixed packages?
They are useful anchors, not checkout products. Every event receives a custom proposal based on guest count, service time, location, and desired level of detail.
What happens after I inquire?
We review your event within two business days. Qualified events receive an invitation to schedule a consultation; the inquiry itself does not book a date.
